Once you understand the reason behind the behavior you can begin to make changes and adopt new healthier ways of living. I walk alongside and encourage you in this often difficult, but rewarding process. ", I specialize in working with children experiencing problems like divorce, loss, anxiety and ADHD. Children frequently do not have words to express themselves, so I use their natural language of play. Helping children allows them to have a positive view of themselves and build healthy relationships throughout life. , With extensive training in attachment-focused therapies (Emotionally Focused Therapy & Theraplay®), I am able to help children, adults, couples and families of all ages heal from past relationship wounds and develop healthy patterns of relating. This eliminates many emotional and behavioral problems, which are a result of unhealthy relationships.
