I am a Accelerated Resolution Therapist. This type of therapy utilizes bi-lateral eye movements and voluntary image replacement. This method changes the way in which distressing images and memories are stored in the brain so they no longer trigger strong physical and emotional reactions. I have been certified in Advanced and Enhanced ART. If you are looking to feel better quickly, please contact me. This type of therapy can help a wide range of problems including phobias, anxiety, PTSD, depression, panic attacks, sugar addiction and even physical problems like head aches. , ART is a goal oriented therapy with that goal being achieved by the end of the one hour session.
