" I specialize in working with individuals who may be experiencing some sort of transition or change in their lives. This may include issues related to work, depression/anxiety and/or sexual/gender orientation. I began my career as an independent counselor and over time, transitioned into a corporate healthcare setting. I utilize a coaching approach which focuses on current issues and the creating of real-time strategies to address these issues. My clients are often focused on career issues, work/life balance and the search for an understanding of oneself more fully.
