About Us

I am an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that each family and individual seeks therapy for different needs. I have worked with children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in various levels of care. I have facilitated multiple therapeutic groups with a focus on DBT, CBT, family systems, shame resilience, and body acceptance. I practice from a systemic lens when working with individuals or families. I focus therapy on self-esteem, self-worth, intrapersonal and interpersonal communication, empowerment and fostering relationships. Awareness that often, we feel that achieving a state of personal fulfillment and well-being is not obtainable, individually and/or in relationships.
