Having a positive therapeutic/self reflective process can improve your outlook on life and overall well-being. , The methods I use in therapy practice are from Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, 12- Step approach for dependent and co-dependent issues. I hold a 2 yr certification in Gestalt Therapy, which focuses on the awareness process. , Looking for a therapist takes time and patience.
