I am a psychologist, meaning I have an advanced degree (Doctor of Psychology in Clinical Psychology), a training that entailed a strong, in-depth knowledge base of psychology. Psychologists have a valuable skill set in diagnostic testing, research, and treatment/psychotherapy. As a psychotherapist, my role is to listen to you and understand where you are at this time in your life, hear your struggles, and help you gain a constructive perspective in order to move forward with clarity and confidence. , " Over 20 years of experience means that I have worked with people from many walks of life, from many cultures & communities,& people across the life-span. Its been an honor and privilege to serve as a professional whom clientele can trust their therapy process & to bring about the results they seek, such as managing emotions to improve personal & work lives. ", I have special interest in treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum. Working with parents, family members or caregivers of people with mental health and/or behavioral health challenges is also an area in which I have many years of valuable experience.
