For 25 years, I have helped people resolve their difficulties with regard to: grief and loss, struggles in their relationships, abuse/trauma related issues, eating disorders, substance abuse and other addictions, behavioral problems, self-esteem, anxiety and depression. Our work together will help you work through difficulties, to promote positive change in your life. I will teach you about underlying psychological principles that help you to understand yourself and how you relate in the world. Along with helping you to understand, I will provide you with many tools, which will give you a clear sense of direction, for making lasting, positive, changes in your life. , I believe the way change begins to take place is by establishing a trusting relationship with you and by encouraging you to trust and believe in yourself. As this process evolves, a sense of confidence and security develops within, which helps you to create and lead a happier more peaceful life. , For optimum mental and physical health, it is important to align our body, mind and spirit. Along with traditional methods, I have found the use of alternative remedies, including floral acupuncture and mind body techniques, such as holographic memory resolution, to be very useful throughout the therapeutic process.
