Not only am I educated as a therapist, but I too have taken this same leap of faith. I have invested time in my own therapeutic process of change and have reaped the benefits of having a professional guide me through some of the most challenging and difficult times of my life. I am passionate about providing a space where we can work together to explore your needs and co-create goals and a treatment plan that will empower you to embrace and embody the best version of yourself. I specialize in working with clients seeking support navigating through life experiences including relationship issues, life transitions, separation and divorce, and grief. I provide grad/post-grad clinical supervision/mentoring. , My experience includes preadolescents through adults, dealing with anxiety, trauma, and loss. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming, welcoming a culturally, economically, racially, and ethnically diverse clientele.
