I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over eighteen years of experience in the mental health field. I thoroughly enjoy working with a diverse population, as I come from diverse background myself. I offer a comprehensive psychotherapeutic approach for children, adults, and the elderly. My offerings during therapy has great focus on holistic healing, as well as mindfulness, with an emphasis of self-love and personal development. This allows one to be present and notice their thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations, in a non-judgmental way while being in the moment in a safe space. , My specialties and strength comes from my diverse background, schooling, as well as my past military service and experience.
