I provide an informal and nonjudgmental approach that fosters personal exploration, emotional wellness and can help you to have more a fulfilling relationship with yourself and with others. , I specialize in helping you to better understand yourself and your patterns; improve communication issues with your partner and others. I help you strengthen those connections and your own self-awareness. Together, we work to identify your goals and enhance your strengths. I will teach you useful strategies and uncover your resilience and self-empowerment. , You will learn new ways to connect with your own power to overcome obstacles, gain awareness, including using strategic tools to experience greater clarity, relaxation and personal focus. My job is to learn about you, identify with your unique circumstances, and to facilitate real change. I am providing virtual and limited in-person sessions at this time.
