Im Shanti, a compassionate licensed psychotherapist, dance movement therapist and chemical dependency clinician. I have been a dedicated licensed therapist for over 21 years. With deep compassion and non-judgmental mindful support, I hold a space for healing and growth to occur. I help clients heal through a wide variety of challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship challenges, domestic violence, chronic pain, eating disorders, sleep disorders, addiction, transitions and more.
