Thank you for visiting my profile. This step is the most important step in your healing journey. It takes courage to look for support. You may be struggling with grief/loss, trauma, anxiety or feeling "stuck". You want to work with someone that gets it because they\ve been there too and you want to feel supported, respected and safe. You are motivated to release the things that are keeping you from living your most fulfilling life. Maybe you\ve tried traditional therapy but you are still struggling. You are ready to conquer and transform your blocking beliefs, gain clarity and welcome more ease, joy and inner peace into your life , I specialize in EMDR therapy. EMDR therapy is designed to target and resolve traumatic memories that are knowingly or unknowingly affecting your current functioning. I also specialize in EFT/Tapping which is acupuncture for your emotions without the needles. EFT moves stuck energy by tapping on body meridians and repeating specific statements out loud. , My passion is to empower women and restore hope. I have personally used both EMDR and EFT and believe they are the most effective modalities. They are considered energy and body based practices.
