About Us

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is committed to supporting individuals, couples and families as they work to change their own lives. As a former special educator, I utilized a strength-based and individualized approach with my students. I have taken this mindset with me in my work as a therapist, viewing all my clients as unique and capable beings. I aim for a therapeutic approach that integrates intentional evidence-based practices with intuition and empathy. I am an active member of AAMFT and CTAMFT and enjoy providing supervision and mentorship to other therapists. , Research shows that the quality of the relationship between client and therapist is the only reliable and the most powerful predictor of a positive outcome in therapy. As such, my highest priority in our work is developing a relationship with you that is built on trust, collaboration and respect. , Asking for help is often the first step, and the first step is often the most vulnerable step we take.
