This work will change how you live in relationship to yourself and others! , I am a Masters Level Clinician with more than 15 years of experience in the field. I work with adults, youth, couples and families who are struggling in their current circumstances and/or relationships. I am trained in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, a somatic treatment modality as well as a Registered Art Therapist. , In addition to traditional talk therapy, clients may benefit from studying patterns in physical movement and posture that hold beliefs about self that originated in childhood. Understanding these procedural patterns or body postures help free one from negative beliefs about oneself.
