" It may be a touch melodramatic to say this yet I believe reaching out for therapy is courageous. I so enjoy my work as I am routinely deeply touched by the courage I see from clients in my office every day! Therapy here is a collaborative struggle together. It is also a very personal process as a therapists greatest gifts usually come from her/his own ", struggles in life. I have my own history of working in therapy to confront anxiety and other various challenges. My wife and I are also parenting a child with profound special needs. Thus I take a highly personal, experiential and compassion based approach that is hoped will be helpful (also helps when we can laugh-- a lot!)
