My goal as your therapist is to work along side you and help you process your thoughts and feelings in a safe environment. , I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am client centered and use a strength-based approach. I often use Cognitive behavioral therapy in my sessions with individuals to help treat issues such as depression, anxiety, ptsd, stress, low self-esteem, anger, loss, etc. , As a Christian Therapist I believe that faith is a source of hope and healing and I am open to incorporating it in sessions upon request.
