Hi! I recently relocated to Ridgefield, CT after working for nearly 20 years with kids from kindergarten to college while living in Los Angeles. I became a therapist after working in college admissions and watching amazing students struggle with their mental health. Chronic stress, anxiety, depression, perfectionism takes so much energy to manage - for kids and the entire family. Imagine if all of that energy and effort was redirected towards school, hobbies, sports, friends, and family time! , I provide short and long term therapy for kids and parents who need strategies to move through big feelings. I also offer Big Feelings Arts & Crafts Clubs for younger kids where we make art and practice specific skills for coping with big feelings.
