I am a Stanford University trained Psychologist skilled in cognitive behavioral therapy. I will help you increase joy and reduce suffering. I would be a good fit if you struggle with parenting as I have lived experience raising neurodivergent children. My approach is eclectic and incorporates both present, goal-focused CBT/ACT/DBT along with insight oriented self-exploration. Can also offer Adult ADHD/Autism assessments. , Therapy with me is collaborative, creative and compassionate. I have years of specialized training in exposure response prevention (ERP), the gold standard for OCD treatment.
