I want the individuals that I engage with to be collaborative, demonstrate great work ethic, value honesty, be open to new ideas, and to be themselves. Acknowledge their strengths while working on improving areas of need. Identify their goals and make them a reality by taking action and being consistent. Have an appreciation on what I have to offer, but not solely depending on me. Use what they learned from working with me as starting points to better themselves. Be able to articulate what they want from me. , I would be able to listen beyond the content and listen to what is actually being said. Find new ways to create solutions. Engage in meaningful dialogue; offer different perspectives and/or different thinking styles to inspire the client to grow outside of the thinking that created the problem.
