Welcome, I am a seasoned counselor with 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field in a clinic setting and private practice. My private practice is devoted to working with individuals who are struggling in life and who seek out therapy as a helpful and supportive tool to foster growth and change. We will work collaboratively to address areas that include life transitions, uncomfortable emotions, relationships, self-esteem and reducing/managing symptoms connected to anxiety, depression, and trauma to name a few. I am unconditionally accepting of people of all ages, all walks of life, and all experiences. , I am a creative and empathetic practitioner who specializes in working with people with anxiety disorders (Generalized, PTSD, Panic, Social etc.), trauma, and depression.
