I strive to help clients learn new skills, or enhance those they are already using, in order to improve all areas of their lives. I have been in private practice since 2016. My clinical focus is PTSD and developmental trauma. I am trained in, and can offer effective healing through, the use of EMDR, Hypnosis, Mindfulness and CBT.
