In my executive coaching practice, I work with individuals and organizations to develop employees potential for career adjustment and advancement , I also am committed to active duty and retired military members and their families ", As a counseling psychologist, I think about individuals having current issues rather than being "ill". Diagnosis is less important than helping people develop coping strategies individually and within their families and organizations.
