About Us

Are you weighed down by worries, regrets, traumas, hurt, or pain? Everyone has a story and should have the opportunity to tell it in a non-judgmental environment. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and my areas of expertise include young through older adults with trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use/co-occurring disorders. As an eclectic, person-centered therapist I believe in tailoring treatment to each client’s needs, so I do not use one modality across the board. I’ve always been highly empathic and view issues in a destigmatizing way: I don’t ask what is wrong with you, but what happened to you? , I am trained in CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and psychoanalytic theory. I am humanistic and strengths-based, and will help you to identify and build upon your strengths to increase your autonomy and develop more effective functioning. In addition to individual counseling, I also offer family and couple’s counseling. , I can help you to break free from the imprisonment of your emotions, fears, and past once and for all. We will work together as a team to make significant and long-term improvements in self-efficacy, to lead a productive and meaningful life, and to come to self-actualization.
