I believe building a healthy connection with yourself is the springboard to living a more fulfilling life that can enhance your ability to form deeper relationships, and show up for yourselves and others in a more grounded way. , I utilize evidence based practices, and deliver neurodiverse & trauma affirming care through an integrative approach.
