I want to help you gain insight into your mental health symptoms and work toward positive change. It can be difficult facing adversity, but I will support you in tapping into your resilience and building self-esteem to manage your emotions and problem solve. I want to allow individuals to be vulnerable and authentic in who they are to gain a sense of self and confidence. , I have experience working with young adults, adults, people of color, LGBTQ+, and assisting a diverse group of people expressing themselves and feeling safe in a nonjudgmental environment. I have experience using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness. , I will provide a compassionate and warm environment to create a collaborate relationship on this journey. I am genuine and empathetic and can hold space for the day-to-day struggle faced by any individual. You can share your worries and conflicts with me openly and we will work together to access your strength and motivation for lasting change.
