About Us

I thank you for the opportunity to work with you. Are you a person who is tired of always fighting and feeling alone in struggling with anger, intense emotions and managing relationships? My approach to this is teaching life skills to be more in tune with your validate emotions and to help create self-empowerment to be the best version of you. I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live their authentically best life. I want to help people make the best of their situations while providing a nonjudgmental, person centered, culturally competent approach. , We all can benefit from encouragement, validation and motivation, and safe space to voice challenging thoughts and feelings. My approach to therapy is to help people trust and utilize their strengths while teaching new skills and strategies to better cope with life’s challenges that may result from traumatic experiences. , Change is constant and can make life difficult to maneuver. I am here to help with those transitional changes in life. I have experience in settings of inpatient hospitalizations, IOP and correctional transitional facilities. Let’s work together to maneuver through difficult times and address barriers keeping us from living life to the fullest.
