I am a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals overcome life’s challenges and achieve their fullest potential. With over 16 years of experience in the field, I specialize in providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to clients struggling with various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I hold a Master of Social Work degree from Springfield College and is licensed to practice in the state of New York and Connecticut. I have extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. , As a trusted therapist, I create a safe and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions openly. I believe in empowering individuals to build resilience, develop coping skills, and cultivate meaningful connections in their lives. I provide family, couples, individual, trauma therapy.
