Yet, you feel as though you are in quick sand! , I help women in midlife and beyond define and fulfill the meaning and purpose for the next phase of your life. I will hold up the mirror for you to see all the gifts that you possess! If you were not validated and affirmed in childhood, you may hold beliefs about yourself that are totally not true! I understand in so many ways what guilt and shame can do. , We will work together to uncover and rediscover the person you truly are today. You will feel more whole, once again, and be grateful for so many strengths you possess! Now is the time to make these necessary changes, because YOU matter.
