With over 33 years as a seasoned psychologist, I offer a relaxed, laid-back style that produces real results using a nonjudgmental and caring atmosphere. I provide solution-oriented therapy with useful feedback that addresses issues important to you. This includes help with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, intimacy issues, stress management, grief/loss, codependency, self-esteem and life transitions. Whatever your needs, you will leave our sessions really feeling "understood". , I specialize in working with post-partum depression/anxiety, infertility, and work/family balance. Clients often comment to me that they are eager to come to therapy and see it as uplifting and healing. Therapy can be a process that is positive, sometimes humorous, and one that frees us to be better and happier people. , Join other new or expectant mothers in a FREE support group where you can share similar experiences. You may be feeling overwhelmed, depressed, anxious, guilty, irritable or even numb at a time that is supposed to be "wonderful". Improve symptoms and reduce feelings of isolation. 1 hour/week for four weeks on an ongoing basis.
