Practice currently has new providers and is now accepting new clients. My goal as a therapist is to provide a, welcoming and non-judgmental space for us to join together to effectively address and resolve your specific concerns. In order to help you reach your true potential we must consider the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in working with the adolescent population and adults with anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, family therapy and couples counseling. I utilize various models such as CBT, DBT, Solution focused therapy and narrative therapy. , I have advanced training in the treatment of trauma, and mindfulness. I am trained in EMDR and working towards getting certified. EMDR is a specialized form of therapy that is a highly researched and highly effective way to rapidly resolve issues big or small. , I am multicultural. I am Jamaican decent as well as I am semi fluent in Spanish. I have excellent engagement skills and work collaborative with clients and tailor treatment specifically to their needs.
