About Us

Everyone wants to have caring relationships, to feel good about themselves and to have satisfying work. Sometimes we get stuck in patterns that are familiar habits that lead to self-defeat and hopelessness. I believe that psychotherapy and counseling can help individuals and couples move in new directions, fostering growth and a sense of well-being. I work with people from all walks of life. Change is possible; what we long for is not beyond reach. , My work is about relationships. Healthy relationships are authentic, mutual, enhance our lives. Isolation is the root of psychological pain and despair. Therapy relationships are special, safe, confidential; ones in which people learn to trust, finding courage to reach out to others,to build relationships that are meaningful and fulfilling. , I work with individuals and couples. \nI work with women who do not have children, have difficulty becoming pregnant, or have relationship issues related to having children. I help many women who have not had children by choice, chance, circumstance. \nI have extensive experience treating substance abuse issues.
