Respect for the client is the foundation of my work. Whatever experience you are having, I am here to offer a respectful and careful space where you will be seen and heard. Together we will work on identifying the blocks to your well-being. Whatever identified, we will work collaboratively to move toward healing and wholeness in a way that is uniquely meaningful to you. Every individual differs in their needs and goals for therapy. With so many possible strategies for reaching your goals, it is most important to me that our time together be centered around strategies that feel right to you. , I specialize in the treatment of active duty military and Veterans, trauma and PTSD, and spiritual and religious issues. Current and former military members may struggle to find others who understand their experiences. Trauma can profoundly shift our experience of life as whole. Spiritual & religious issues might leave us feeling fearful or isolated. , However you issue impacts you, I am here to listen and help. You are a unique individual, deserving of a practitioner who can see, honor, and respect the perspectives and experiences you bring to the table. I am both ready and willing to work with you.
