I help adults (18+) who are struggling with self-esteem issues, anxiety, women’s health concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to help you relieve your current symptoms and revive your inner strength so you can cultivate the life you truly desire. Im also currently taking a maternal mental health course and hope to help more perinatal women in my practice. I have immediate in-person and virtual openings.
