I believe that we all are doing the best we can with the resources and knowledge we have. But in today’s world, relationships, school, work, and other pressures can create challenges that make us feel like our best is not enough, diming the light that shines within us. I want to partner with you to nurture that light to shine brightly, fostering connection both within you and with your outside world. I offer individual & group therapy to address areas that include self-esteem, life transitions, uncomfortable emotions, relationships & reducing/managing symptoms. , I am a creative, empathetic practitioner with over 20 years in both hospital and community settings offering collaborative support to clients who struggle with a myriad of problems.
