I am also trained in EMDR and other brain based therapies. , I am passionate about women finding their voices and strengths and authenticity - I worked with Stephanie Covington summer or 2019 learning her Voices program of self discovery and empowerment for girls. I took a journey training with people outside of the therapy industry learning how to help girls and women be more authentic, assertive and resilient while , finding inner power, their voice and their place in the world. I trained at Smith College with renowned author Rachel Simmons, I have trained with One Circle Foundation in Girls Circle focusing on strength based training for girls, and locally with focusing on finding and nurturing the inner Goddess exploring alternative self care therapies
