If you or your child are struggling, you’ve probably tried everything you can think of. Maybe there’s been a stressful event and you notice it’s been hard to bounce back. I help teens, young adults and adults work through problems, overcome fears and anxiety, and adapt to changes in life. I provide skill development to cope with anxiety, enhance self-esteem, build social skills, increase problem-solving and self-advocacy in an environment of acceptance and non-judgement.
