My goal is to help my clients find joy, happiness and peace no matter what they are experiencing or have experienced in their lives. I work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, transition and change and those with feelings of low self worth, lack of confidence, loneliness, confusion and despair. My approach is to allow my clients to feel comfortable and build a strong therapeutic alliance. I try to create a relaxed environment where my clients feel safe, unintimidated and relaxed.
