My goal is to help my clients find joy, happiness and peace no matter what they are experiencing or have experienced in their lives. I work with those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, transition and change and those with feelings of low self worth, lack of confidence, loneliness, confusion and despair. You will not always feel the way you do today and there is light in the darkness. I look forward to hearing from you and working with you. , I am particularly focused on those suffering from depression, anxiety, low self esteem, experiencing grief and loss, and working through life changes and relationship issues. I have experience with ADHD. I work with teens and adults. My approach is , I am compassionate and a good listener. My approach is to allow my clients to feel comfortable and build a strong therapeutic alliance. I try to create a relaxed environment where my clients feel safe, unintimidated and relaxed.
