I support patients who are confronting medical issues or caring for someone else who is ill. I also work to promote good health through changing behaviors to prevent illness. Together we can work to make small changes in your thinking and behavior that will have significant and lasting effects on your well-being. , I have worked with people of all ages to help improve their moods, deal with life transitions, or just overall feel better and enjoy a healthier more full life. I have a specific interest and training in the field of Health Psychology which is concerned with how psychological, behavioral and cultural factors contribute to health and illness. , My therapeutic style is empathic, collaborative and solution-focused. I know personally how difficult it can be to seek help. But doing so requires great strength and demonstrates the willingness to be resilient. I know change is scary but I am here to support you and give you the skills and tools you need to meet your goals.
