Life has many challenging moments, and life is full of them. Children, teens, and adults may struggle with school/work difficulties, social/emotional problems, relationship issues, difficult transitions (college, move, divorce, or loss), or daily stressors or conflicts for which they need support. Though parents do their best to create a conflict and stress-free environment, children will inevitably face obstacles, and adults face a range of stressors and complex emotions that can be difficult to navigate. I aim to empower you with knowledge and strategies to help you with the presenting problem and other challenging situations. , I help you identify your core values, recognize your strengths, and clarify your goals. I aim to support you through uncertain times by offering compassionate guidance and practical tools. I provide children with a safe and fun environment to express themselves and learn coping strategies and work with parents for immediate and long-lasting change. , My expertise and diverse training allow me to draw from various modalities. However, I often utilize solution-focused, evidence-based therapies. I tailor my treatment approach to meet you or your child where you are and join you in the process. My therapeutic techniques include cognitive-behavioral, play, psychodynamic, and talk therapy.
