At some point in our lives, we all encounter personal challenges. I am a solution-focused therapist who is dedicated to giving you the best possible care in the shortest amount of sessions. With my straight forward and reality-based approach, I will provide you with the effective tools needed to help you overcome the destructive patterns of behavior that prevent you from enjoying life. An important component of the psychotherapeutic process is the knowledge that within each of us a deeper wisdom exists. As such, personal growth requires insight, awareness and the courage to move toward healing. , For over 30 years, I have worked with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of issues such as depression, anxiety, parenting, relationship and interpersonal conflict as well as those struggling with intimacy. I provide a safe and non-judgmental place to develop a path toward personal and emotional growth. , I also offer Divorce Mediation services to couples who have decided to end their marriage. Couples who mediate their divorce end up better off financially and emotionally then those who retain their own attorneys and submit to a long and often painful and costly process of a litigated divorce.
