About Us

" Im a trauma therapist at Nema Health and we currently offer Intensive Cognitive Processing Therapy (sessions 3 to 5 times per week) so that you can get better in as little as 2 to 4 weeks! I have worked in the field of eating disorders for the past 5 years and have witnessed the resilience and hope that is alive even in an individuals most challenging moments. As a therapist I feel grateful to be able to hold space for individuals and witness their process of change. I have also worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-harm behaviors. ", We only offer gold-stand evidence-based treatment at Nema Health, which is why 90% of our patients report clinical improvement in their symptoms. Sometimes outpatient therapy or talk therapy is not going to cut it against something as serious as PTSD. I encourage you to try a more intensive approach, especially if you have pursued other options. , Clients can expect a warm, welcoming space in which to explore and process emotions and thoughts. I invite clients to bring their whole self and all identities they may hold into the space so that we can together identify their strengths and resources. I try to balance validation with challenging unhelpful thought and belief patterns.
