I take a collaborative approach towards helping clients develop insight and create fresh alternatives to ineffective patterns, assisting them with examining intergenerational transmissions of trauma, relational trauma, and maladaptive coping strategies. My ideal client is looking for a psychotherapist that integrates evidence-based practices, including EMDR and Clinical Hypnosis, with Shamanic, alternative and energy healing approaches into sessions. My ideal client is looking to gain insight, learn to regulate emotions and listen to their emotions, manage their energy and is committed to doing the work to become their best self. I take an integrative approach to working with clients struggling with a variety of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, ADHD, HSP and trauma. , I have a clinical sub-specialty in assisting clients with their journey to healing from narcissistic abusive relationships and working with adult children of narcissistic and/or emotionally immature parents. I work with adults, couples & families, holding space, providing tools, and supporting my clients on their journey to accomplishing their goals.
