I am a Licensed Social Worker and a lifelong resident of Connecticut. I received a bachelor of science in social work from Southern Connecticut State University and went on to receive a master’s in social work from New York University in 2022. I am a highly skilled and compassionate therapist, committed to helping individuals and families overcome behavioral, mental health, and substance use challenges. My approach is grounded in a strengths-based perspective, emphasizing the importance of building on individual strengths and resilience. I have extensive experience working with ASD, ADHD, substance use disorder, and depression. , I use several therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), and talk therapy to help her clients overcome their challenges, build skills, and achieve their goals.
