My goal is to create a safe and healing place to bring people within the community back to normalcy in life. I am committed to helping individuals in all diverse populations to achieve healthy mental, emotional, and physical aspect of their lives. I believe that every human being could reach their full potential and is capable of change. I conduct therapy with empathy and a non-judgmental approach. I approach therapy as a guide into the path of healing that led to enhance the person’s quality of life.
