My main concern is for my clients to feel comfortable in a relaxed and non-judgemental environment. I have over 25 years of experience working with clients (Teens/Adults). I have worked mainly in medical and school settings. After a loss, difficult life event or devastating medical diagnosis, there needs to be a time of healing. You may feel anxious and having difficulty functioning at work or school. You may notice people around you may not understand what you are experiencing. This can be a scary time and you may feel psychologically alone. You may want someone who understands to guide you through this difficult journey. , I am seeing people in person (online if needed). I use Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and always work from a Strengths prospective. My specialty is working with clients experiencing Perinatal and Post Partum mental health and/or loss, Infertility, Anxiety, Acute/Chronic medical diagnoses, (Anticipatory) Grief and Loss. , I am looking forward to meeting you and developing a therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy.
