About Us

I provide a warm and compassionate environment for clients who wish to discover their fullest potential and move forward towards the best version of themselves. I have helped children, adolescents and adults on their journey of self-discovery through a variety of psychological and social difficulties. Over my 15-plus years of practice, I have learned that every one of us wants to grow and feel connected. Using an authentic therapeutic relationship as the foundation, I guide clients in recognizing thoughts and patterns that have been unhelpful and allow clients to connect to their own skills and inner resources. This exercise , enables clients to meet challenges and conflict with a sense of empowerment and fosters the development of decision-making skills to regain control—ultimately effecting real change. It’s here where the mind feels less worried and more present; less fearful and more joyful. I have expertise in helping clients with anxiety, depression and stress related to , relationships and life transitions. I practice interventions that are strengths-based and solution-focused. Through evidence-based practices, I am certified to treat effects of trauma. I use integrative approaches and can offer holistic practices to explore the relationship between mind and body, such as breathing techniques, mindfulness and movement.
