Life is full of unpredictable events or maybe you feel you have been dealt the wrong cards. However, you are here now, looking for support and assistance. You are stronger than what you think! You are the expert in your life and I am willing to learn about it and how the different situations you have faced might have affected you, even if you are not aware of them yet. Over the last eight years, I’ve worked alongside my clients to improve their mental wellness via counseling, education and advocacy. My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients and to help you feel seen, heard and understood. , My approach to care is person centered and solution focused. However, as a multiculturally competent counselor, I also draw from different therapies to meet my clients where they are and continually support them to move them beyond their mental health conditions and situations.
