Please note, I only have openings for EMDR Intensive Therapy. I specialize in working with women who struggle with depression, anxiety, or trauma. Women who are having problems developing or sustaining relationships; who are finding it difficult to establish or move forward with goals and dreams; who are feeling emotionally disconnected or who are stuck in a negative cycle. I also specialize in working with early childhood loss and the impact on adult functioning. Together we explore limiting beliefs, negative thought processes and early childhood experiences which may be contributing to current struggles. , " I utilize EMDR and parts work to support womens healing. I provide EMDR Intensives (2-3 hour sessions over one or multiple days) to help resolve symptoms associated with stressful or traumatic experiences. ", I am certified in EMDR, an evidenced-based practice which has proven effective for the treatment of trauma. I have advanced training in the utilization of parts work and EMDR in the treatment of complex PTSD and dissociative disorders. I am an EMDRIA approved consultant, providing consultation to other EMDR clinicians as well.
