As a clinical social worker, I have over 25 years of experience working with adolescents, adults and families in a variety of therapeutic settings. Creating a therapeutic environment that is warm, compassionate and nurturing is one of my strengths. Therapy often helps provide insight into our strengths and internal resources we already have so we can build skills for improved daily functioning, emotional health and fulfillment and positive change.
