Through the use of behavior-analytic principles, I focus on fostering skills in active self-listening, self-compassion, accountability, psychological flexibility, and emotional regulation. My goal is to help individuals & families gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and actions, leading to meaningful behavioral changes and overall growth. At Thriving Lives I support my clients to do more of the things that bring joy and less of the things that are getting in the way! , I provide support across all life stages, offering Clinical Behavior Analysis to individuals&families tackling challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, ASD, sensory imbalances, and general behavior concerns. Wellness coaching to facilitate positive changes in nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and recovery round out my unique offerings. , Drawing on over 20 years of experience and a genuine passion for meeting people where they are, I am dedicated to supporting your personal growth with compassion and understanding.
